Incredible Embedded Damage Warranty Registration

** The Incredible Accidental Damage Warranty is a unique product offering to Incredible Connection customers, who purchased selected equipment (goods)* from any Incredible Connection store or via the Incredible Connection website.

** The Accidental Damage Warranty will cover your Incredible Connection device for accidental damage* during normal use. This Embedded warranty is offered at no additional cost to you, the customer.

In order to qualify for an Accidental Damage Warranty, you will be required to do the following :

** Purchase selected supported equipment (goods)* from any Incredible Connection store or via the Incredible Connection website.

** Log onto .incredible.co.za and complete the Accidental Damage registration form on the website with all the details required

** These details will include your South African ID number, a passport number or in the case of a business, the company registration number, to which the embedded Accidental Damage warranty will be linked.

** An Embedded Warranty Registration certificate will be emailed to the email address supplied by you, to confirm registration and for your record keeping.

** This certificate will contain the details of the registration and will contain a unique registration certificate number.

Terms & Conditions

** Please note that all Incredible Connection terms and conditions are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and in no way override or circumvent any rights the Purchaser may have in terms thereof.

** The Accidental Damage warranty starts on the day of the equipment (goods) purchase – as indicated on the invoice – and is valid for a period of 12 calendar months from the purchase date, provided that the online registration is completed by the Purchaser / Owner / User.

** The Accidental Damage warranty is only valid once registration of the product is completed online at .incredible.co.za by the Purchaser / Owner / User of the product, with all required details completed, as required on the online registration form. Incorrect or invalid details supplied, will result in a cancellation of the registration.

** Each device qualifies for 1 accidental damage* only, during the Accidental Damage Warranty period. Any further damages after the incident, will be for the Purchaser’s liability.

** Accidenta; damage refers to unforseen and unintentional damage that occurs suddenly as a result of an unexpected and non-deliberate external action. The damage may be visible, if physical, but may also refer to a “loss of function”, for example when loading of a software program or application which might have caused the loss of function.

** Accidental damage excludes theft, cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear, willful or deliberate acts and defects following the repairs by an unauthorised repair person or service provider.

** The customer resolution desk may contact the Purchaser / Owner / User to request some additional personal information for registration purposes, if required.

** Should the equipment (goods) require repair in terms of the warranty during the course of the joint warranty period, the Purchaser will be entitled to bring the equipment (goods) to an Incredible Connection branch of his/her/its choice in order to submit the goods for repair. Upon submission of the equipment (goods), the Purchaser may be required to furnish Incredible Connection with a proof of purchase of the original product, as well as the Accidental Damage Certificate or unique Certificate Number.

** After any repairs have been conducted on equipment (goods), Incredible Connection will notify the Purchaser that the product is available for collection. The Purchaser must collect the equipment (goods) within a period of 3 (three) months, failing which the equipment (goods) will be sold in order to defray costs.

** During the Accidental Damage warranty period, should it not be possible to repair the equipment (goods) for whatever reason, Incredible Connection will replace the product with a new product to the same value of the original unit (the price paid for the goods as stated on the invoice), subject to availability.

** If the original unit is no longer available, a unit of similar value shall be furnished. This new unit will be supplied with a new invoice and will carry a new Accidental Damage warranty. Any special promotions or discount at the time of purchase, will not entitle the Purchaser to a higher priced replacement, than the price paid for the equipment (goods).

** If at any time, Incredible Connection should decide to refund any money paid for a product, the refund will be equivalent to the value (price) paid for the equipment (goods) at the time of purchase, as indicated on the proof of purchase (invoice). Any special promotions or discount at the time of purchase, will not entitle the Purchaser to a higher refund than the price paid for the equipment (goods).

** Kindly enquire at your nearest Incredible Connection, who will be able to advise whether a specific product includes an Accidental Damage warranty. Upon purchase, the sales person or cashier will also be able to confirm whether an Accidental Damage is included.

** Please note that this embedded accidental damage cover is a non-refundable warranty unforeseen and unintentional damage that occurs suddenly as a result of an unexpected and non-deliberate external action.
