Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (Pty) Ltd is the promoter of this promotional competition (“Promotional Competition”). A person who enters, competes in or is otherwise eligible to win the Promotional Competition.

Promotional Period

** The Promotional Competition commences at 24h01 on 21 January 2022 and ends at 23h59 on 12 April 2022, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

Who May Eligible

** The Promotional Competition is only open to citizens, permanent residents, or anyone who is legally permitted to reside in the Republic of South Africa and who is 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.

Who May Not Eligible

** Any employee, director, partner, immediate family member, agent, consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoter and/or The Coca-Cola Company, their advertising agencies, advisers, dealers, suppliers, customers or any subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates and/or associated companies is disqualified from participating in the Promotional Competition (collectively, “Disqualified Person/s”).

** In addition, all Participants must be natural persons; no prize/s will be awarded to any legal entities.

How to Enter

a. To stand a chance of winning a Prize, Participants must purchase any 1 (one) participating Coca-Cola product combo deal (as detailed in Annexure A hereto) (“Participating Product/s”) from any participating retailer (as detailed in Annexure B hereto) (“Participating Retailer/s”) during the Promotion Period.

b. To enter the Promotional Competition, a Participant must retain his/her till slip as proof of purchase of the Participating Product/s and SMS the word ”UKWEZA”’ and the amount of their bill to 32671. SMS charged at R1.00 (one rand) per SMS. Free SMS and SMS bundles do not apply to this Promotional Competition.

c. A Participant’s entry will be withdrawn if any Participating Product/s purchased in connection with this Promotional Competition is/are returned to any Participating Retailer.

d. Participants may enter the Promotional Competition as many times as they wish provided that they purchase the Participating Product/s from a Participating Retailer each time during the Promotion Period and retain their till slip/s as proof of purchase. However, Participants are only eligible to win 1 (one) Prize under this Promotional Competition.

e. Entries that are unclear, illegible, are submitted via an incorrect entry mechanism or contain errors or from Disqualified Person/s will be disqualified

Prizes

a. Participants stand the chance of getting 1 (one) of their bills paid. (the “Prize/s”).

b. Maximum R4 500 per person, per week for 12 weeks, totaling R54 000.

c. It is not about the number of weekly winners, but the maximum payout per week. E.g. If the first winners bill amounts to R2 500, the second winner will only be able to claim R2 000, which makes the total R4 500.

d. Under no circumstances will we exceed the weekly maximum amount.

e. Only bills with valid reference numbers and documentation (example, invoices, statements, etc) will be paid out. Any undistinguishable form of documentation will have to be reviewed by the Company Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa and has the right to the final outcome of approval.

Selection Period

a. The Promoter or its nominated administrator’s decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

b. The Promoter or the Promoter’s nominated administrator will select the name/s of the potential winner/s of the Promotional Competition in a random draw of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The weekly draws will take place as follows :

** The sixth weekly draw will take place on the 4th of March 2022 (for the period; 25 February – 3 March 2022 both days inclusive).

** The seventh draw will take place on the 11th of March 2022 (for the period; 4 March – 10 March 2022 both days inclusive).

** The eighth weekly draw will take place on the 18th of March 2022 (for the period; 11 March –17 March 2022 both days inclusive).

** The ninth weekly draw will take place on the 25th of March 2022 (for the period; 18 March –24 March 2022 both days inclusive).

** The tenth draw will take place on the 01th of April 2022 (for the period; 25 March – 31 March 2022 both days inclusive).

** The eleventh draw will take place on the 08th of April 2022 (for the period; 01 April – 7 April 2022 both days inclusive).

** The final draw will take place on the 15th of April 2022 (for the period; 08 April – 12 April 2022 both days inclusive).

c. Participants whose entries are drawn will be notified telephonically within 4 (four) weeks from date of the draw.In order for the particular entry to be confirmed as valid, Promoters will conduct a Promotional Competition verification process.
