The show host said for her, it involves meditation, a mantra and more. Bonnie, who is this month’s True Love magazine cover star, said: “At the beginning of my self-care journey I had a conversation with myself and vowed to give myself a beautiful life.”

Briefly.co.za learned that for the mother of two, her self-care programme includes her morning ritual of a 15-minute meditation, followed by a green juice with celery, as well as drinking lemon water. Bonnie also believes her mantra, ‘Let it be great’, changes her attitude before dealing with any situations and experiences in her life.
