Competition Period
Entries for the draw will close at midnight on Saturday 31st July 2022.
Eligibility
** The competition is only open to South African citizens and residents and proof of citizenship or residency will need to be presented by way of a valid South African identity document, valid SA driver’s license or South African passport.
** No staff member of Bidvest Insurance Ltd or Bidvest Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”) may enter the lucky draw.
** No persons under 18 years of age may enter.
How to Participate?
The Company will conclude a random draw, from all entries received prior to the competition closing date of 31st July 2022, to determine a winner. Once a winner has been drawn the decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Prizes
The prize is a 55-inch flat screen television or nearest value or size available at time of the draw. The prize will be couriered to an address in South Africa agreed between Bidvest Insurance and the Winner, by the TV supplier.
Terms & Conditions
** The winner will be contacted via the number on record by latest 16 th August 2022.
** The winner agrees to co-operate with the Company in participating in any public relations exposure related to this competition.
** Bidvest Insurance reserves the right to publish the winner’s details on social media sites.
** The prize is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.
** The Company shall not be held responsible for
i. Lost, late, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible or incomplete entries.
ii. Telephonic, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
iii. Errors in transmission, and any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Company which may cause the Lucky Draw entry to be disrupted or corrupted.
** The Company shall not be held responsible for entries not received in the event of participants not successfully completing the entering mechanism provided.
** Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules shall result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
** No purchase is necessary to enter the Lucky Draw.
** The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify this Lucky Draw at anytime at its sole discretion.
** The Company reserves the right to change the Prize and these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
