Ackermans Youth&I Influencer Search Competition

The Promoter of the Competition is Ackermans, a division of Pepkor Trading (Pty) Ltd

Eligibility

The Competition is open to all participants within the Republic of South Africa that are South African citizens (whose Parent or Legal Guardian are in possession of a valid South African ID book or card) and South African residents (in possession of a valid South African permanent residency permit).

You are not eligible to participate in this Competition if –

** You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the Competition;

** You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons

Competition Period

The competition will run from 1 June 2025 to and including 15 June 2025

How to Participate?

To enter the competition and stand a chance to win, participants will need to do the following

Step 1 : SNAP content of you showing off your skills, whether it’s a selfie, a reel or the latest TikTok Trend. These skills would include Fashion skills/Engaging fashion content/gen z relatable content creation.

Step 2 : SHARE and tag @youth_and_i_za in your original content (you must be following them too)

Step 3 : Be sure to use the hashtag #NextFashunFriend in your post.

Step 4 : You must be between the ages of 13 – 15.

Prizes

The Competition prize includes

** 5 Brand ambassadors for Youth&I by Ackermans

** Exposure across all of our marketing channels: Instagram, Facebook, Website & Emailers.

** R2 000 monthly Ackermans Virtual Voucher for a total of 6 months.

Contacting Winners

** The draw for the 5 winners will take place on 17 June 2025. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges, based on creativity and engagement.

** The 5 winners will be contacted on 18 June 2025 on the Youth_and_I_za Instagram page and the winner will be requested to contact us via direct messaging on Instagram to provide their contact details by 19 June 2025.

Terms & Conditions

** Entry into the Competition is free and participants may enter multiple times during the Competition Period.

** Ackermans reserves the right to disqualify any user who enters using false information by robotic, automated or like means.

** The Ackermans Virtual Voucher given monthly is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

** The winners Parents or Legal Guardian will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) granting permission for their kids to share content on Ackermans social media and digital platforms for the duration of 6 months.

** Winners must be available on a weekend for a photo shoot.

** Winners give Ackermans and its authorized agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes, unless refused.
