Terms and Conditions :
** The competition will run from 1 February 2016 00:01 to 30 June 2022 23:59.
** By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You may enter the competition via SMS, USSD or on the Internet.

** Entry into the competition via the SMS survey channel will be charged at R1.50 for the first SMS and then R0.50c for each response after that, entry via the Internet channel, will require data. Entry via USSD will be free of charge. Customers can do the survey once a day, during the qualifying competition period.
** To enter the competition a participant must SMS ‘MySay’ to 33722, the survey can also be done by going to the Ackermans website or the Ackermans USSD (*130*602#). The survey must be completed fully; no unfinished surveys will be taken into consideration. A completed survey will create an automatic entry into the competition.
** The competition is open to all participants within the Republic of South Africa.
You are not eligible to participate in this competition if :
a. You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Pepkor Group of companies, its affiliates/divisions/subsidiaries or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the competition;
b. You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child or sibling, immediate family member, business partner or associate of the persons specified in 5(a) above;
** Monthly draws for a winner will happen one week after each calendar month end.
** The winner will be selected by means of a random draw, based on the previous calendar month survey entries.
** The winner will win a R2 000 airtime. The airtime will automatically be added to the customers airtime balance. Should a customer not have pre-paid airtime, they will receive a R2 000 Ackermans virtual voucher that will be SMS-ed to them.
** Winners will be contacted between 10am and 3pm on the day of the draw to arrange prize. Calls may be recorded for verification purposes.
** An alternative winner will be drawn if after 3 attempted calls the organisers cannot reach the initial winner.
** Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
** Ackermans and their delivery agent does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
** Winners give Ackermans and its authorized agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes, unless refused.
** Ackermans reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Ackermans and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Ackermans.
