** Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition;
** The iLa Ngil’ thola khona competition is brought to you by Gagasi FM and will run on weekdays only from 1 December 2016 till 18h00 on the 30th of December 2016 on Gagasi FM where Gagasi FM will give away a maximum amount of R200 000 throughout the month of December 2016.
** The Competition will be played on; I Love Mornings (6am-9am), Golden Circle (9am-12pm), The Big Bang (12pm-3pm) and the Afternoon Show Off (3pm-6pm).
** To register for the competition, listeners must sms ‘the number plate letters from their area and their corresponding Gagasi FM frequency to 33119- sms costs R1.50.

** ND 99.5

** Listeners are allowed to sms as many times as they wish, but only one valid entry will be selected.
** To take part in the competition, listeners must be available to go on-air during the competition moments which are between 06h00 and 18h00 on weekdays between the 1st December 2016 and the 30th December 2016.
How To Enter
How the competition will be run :
** One entrant from the sms line will be randomly drawn.
** A sonic trigger will signal the start of the competition moment.
** The presenter will call back one entrant who will have to answer the call with a phrase that pays.
The phrase that pays consists of :
** the number plate letters from their area, and
** the corresponding radio frequency that they listen to Gagasi FM in that area, and
** the words “ila ngil’ thola khona”.
** For example “ND, 99.55, iLa ngil’ thola khona!”.
** By answering the phone call correctly, the listener will get into the second phase of the competition where they will pick a frequency (each frequency will be worth a different rand value eg, R1500, R2500, and R3500.
** In order to win the money attached to the chosen frequency the listener will need to answer a True or False question correctly.
Should the listener :
** not answer the phone call; or
** provide number plate letters with incorrect corresponding radio frequencies; or
** answer the true and false question incorrectly the prize money will be forfeited.
** No alternative winner will be selected to go on-air on the same show, on the same day.
Prize
** The entrant who answers the phone call correctly (with the phrase that pays) will win R1500.
** From Monday to Thursday, should the entrant answer the True or False question correctly, the entrant will also win the rand value attached to chosen frequency, being R1500, R2500 or R3500.
** Should a Friday entrant answer the True or False question correctly, the entrant will also win the rand value attached to chosen frequency, being either R3000, R5000 or R7000.
** Winners, will be notified telephonically and judges decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
** The Prize is not transferable to another person
** Winners will be responsible for provide banking details and if the details provided are incorrect, Gagasi FM will not be held liable for payment not being received by the winners.
** Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any harm or damages that may occur to the winner when coming to collect his/her prize from Gagasi FM.
** Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any harm or damages that may occur to the winner at any of the Gagasi FM events.
