Promoter :
** Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (Pty) Ltd and McDonald’s SA is the promoter of this promotional competition (“Promotional Competition”).

Participant/s :
** A person who enters, competes in or is otherwise eligible to win the Promotional Competition.
Eligibility
** The Promotional Competition is only open to citizens, permanent residents, or anyone who is legally permitted to reside in the Republic of South Africa who resides in Johannesburg and who is 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
** Any person below the age of 18 (eighteen) years (“minor”), is specifically excluded from this Promotional Competition and any employee, director, partner, immediate family member, agent, consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoter and/or The Coca-Cola Company, their advertising agencies, advisers, dealers, suppliers, customers or any subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates and/or associated companies is disqualified from participating in the Promotional Competition (collectively, “Disqualified Person/s”). In addition, all Participants must be natural persons; no prize/s will be awarded to any legal entities.
Agreement to Official Rules :
** By entering the Promotional Competition, all Participants agree to be bound by these rules (“Official Rules”), which will be interpreted and applied by the Promoter or the Promoter’s nominated administrator, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.
** The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel the Promotional Competition and any prize/s (which have not yet been subject to selection), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter deems necessary and without any compensation whatsoever.
Promotional Period
** The Promotional Competition commences at 24h01 on 28 February 2025 and ends at 23h59 on 3 March 2025, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
Prize/s
a. The prize is 1 (one) of 125 (one hundred and twenty five) single “skip the queue” Tickets to the FIFA Trophy Tour at Maponya Mall (Soweto, Johannesburg) on the 2nd of March 2025 (“the Event”)This includes “a skip the queue” at the entrance of the Event and an special area to view the official FIFA Trophy (“the Event”).
b. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any further and/or additional costs and/or expenses in relation to delivery of the Prize/s. Ancillary costs, including but not limited to, additional transport to and from the Event, any meals personal and incidental expenses are not the responsibility of the Promoter.
** The Promoter will not be responsible for any other expenses, which the Winner and their Travel Partners may incur as a result of their acceptance and/or use of the Prize whether foreseen or not. The competition is limited to Gauteng residents and will incur own costs to and from Soweto and any other associated costs, such as meals and drinks .
How to Enter
a. Limited to first 125 (one hundred and twenty five) customers each, at participating McDonald’s Restaurants. Participants must purchase any Share a Bag McDonalds meals (“Participating Product”) from these selected McDonalds Johannesburg outlets: CARLTON, GHANDI SQUARE, PRITCHARD STREET AND SMALL STREET (“Participating Stores”) during the Promotion Period.
b. Participants may enter the Promotional Competition as many times as they wish provided they purchase the Participating Products each time. However, Participants are only eligible for one Prize and one prize per household under this Promotional Competition.
c. Entries that are unclear or illegible will be disqualified.
Selection :
** Promotion is limited to the first 125 customers at each Participating Store, to purchase a Share a Bag meal, during the Promotion Period. The selection of the winners are on a “first come first serve” basis.
Requirements of Potential Winner/s :
** Potential winner/s of the Promotional Competition must continue to comply with the Official Rules. Winning the Promotional Competition is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of the Promotional Competition.
General conditions
a. The Prize/s is/are not transferable, nor exchangeable, nor redeemable for cash and the Promoter is not liable for any defects in the Prize/s. No liability shall attach to the Promoter in relation to any claims, losses or liabilities for any loss of profit or any other direct and/or indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of any of the Prizes. The Promoter is not liable for any defects in the Prizes. Ownership of and risk in, and benefit attaching to the Prizes will pass to the winners immediately.
b. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize/s with any other prize/s of comparable commercial value or to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Promotional Competition and any Prize/s (which have not yet been subject to selection), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
